- Hello,
- as I still have a hardware problem with my A2000
- Rev 6.2 board I hope someone out there can give
- me hint how to solve it.
-
- Setup 1:
- A2000, Rev 6.2, MC68000, Kick 1.3, 2.0, 3.1
- A2091, Rev 4.1, BIOS Rev. 6.6
-
- If the A2091 is configured to autoboot the
- system crashes when accessing the A2091:
- Guru #00000003.00C057C8
-
- If the A2091 is disabled and I boot from the
- A2091 boot disk the system runs very stable.
-
-
- Setup 2:
- A2000, Rev 6.2, Kick 1.3, 2.0, 3.1
- A2630, Rev x.x
- A2091, Rev 4.1, BIOS Rev. 6.6
-
- If the A2091 is configured to autoboot the
- system boot without any problems but some-
- times hangs while copying large files.
-
- If the A2091 is disabled and I boot from the
- A2091 boot disk the system runs very stable.
-
- To make shure that the A2091 is not broken I
- tried it in a friends A2000 Rev 4.x board and
- is worked. So I think the problem is somewhere
- on my motherboard and I already changed all
- chips that are socket-ed but without success.
-
- Any help appreciated!
- Thanks
- Hartmut
